New Color Arts Academy will start its 2021 Fall - 2022 Spring semester courses on 09/11, 09/12, and 09/16 (Fri, Sat & Thu)

New Color Arts (Great Neck) shall conduct fall semester courses:

Online and in-person synchronously, each class size is 6 students maximum.

 

*Class operation may be subjected to changed in accordance to CDC guidelines

 

With classes starting in September, 6 students of the same grade would take turns coming to the school for in-person classes. Each class would only have 1-2 students for in-person class while the others would attend the same class online synchronously. 

 

If the situation regarding the pandemic improves, 3-4 students shall be allowed to attend in-person classes at the same time.

If the situation worsens, all students will attend class online. 

 

*The school has implemented the following sanitation procedures:

New Color Art's face-to-face class size management shall be dependent on the situation regarding the pandemic. The school will make flexible amendments in accordance to CDC guidelines. One hour prior to every class start, parents should fill out the Pre-Screening Questionnaire. Students will have take their temperatures, evaluate for COVID-19 symptoms, and sanitze / wash their hands upon arrival at the school.

All students attending in-person classes will be required to keep their masks on for the entire duration of being on school premises.  During class activities and while interacting with students, New Color Art will minimize the possibility of physical touch between students as well as maintain social distance. Bathrooms and high-touch areas will be sanitized regularly.

Each classroom in New Color Art uses H13 HEPA air filters (air will be filtered every 30 minutes) and will be sanitized every night, ensuring that all desks and chairs in the classroom would be sanitized regularly. Each students that enrolled with New Color Art would receive a free face mask (limited to one per student). Additional face shields can also be purchased for $15.
